Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Director of Talent Management is to provide enhanced strategic focus on talent acquisition, organizational development activities, including creating the avenues to ensure a strong Baptist Culture, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and team development strategies. The Director will direct the strategic design, development and evaluation of the talent acquisition and development strategy, operations, services, programs, projects, and functions and ensures that they align with the mission and goals of the organization. The Director will supervise the departmental staff, directly and cross-functional teams indirectly and direct reports include the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Organizational Development Manager. He/She will participate in planning and process development within the organization and HR as required, as well as other duties as required.
The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
