This role is responsible for supporting transformation strategies for Baptist Health Care. The role works within a team of transformation specialists to support strategic initiatives and tactics for execution and support/develop necessary management systems in doing so. The role aligns with our strategic priority to leverage our value of excellence to differentiate BHC as a culture that stresses professionalism and continuous improvement. The role will execute and/or support initiatives using appropriate process improvement frameworks and tools, including but not limited to Six Sigma, Lean, and Training Within Industry, while also developing our team members on principles of continuous improvement.
The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
