Under direct supervision of the Manager, The Cook 1 – Grill is responsible set-up grill area, maintain cleanliness and food safety of food production area and refrigeration units, prep and prepare weekly grill or deli special, prepare food as ordered for the customers, restock grill or deli areas. Responsible for the rotation of all perishable and non-perishable food items. Must fallow all HACCP food handling guidelines. Good customer relations and verbal communications.
The person in this position works under limited supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
