The Team Lead- Bistro supervises Bistro Café staff. Ensures all employees are in proper uniform, area is staffed appropriately and meal service operates smoothly. Ensures daily menu and station food items are prepare according to Sodexo recipes and procedures. Ensures that proper safety and sanitation procedures are followed and that all cleaning assignments are completed. Responsible for cash handling procedures are followed for the safe and all cashiers. Conducts daily HACCP record keeping.
The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
