The Food Service –Trayline positions reads menu tickets and accurately assemble items on the tray based on dietary restrictions. Delivers trays to patients using the appropriate script. Operates and maintains equipment on tray line. Stocks using FIFO. Sorts silverware, wraps rolls, makes tea, loads and unloads dish machine. Keeps work area clean. Functions as a member of the health care team.
The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
