The Supervisor sets up hot line, maintain cleanliness of hot line, serve Breakfast customers, set-up lunch salad and soup bars, keep stocked through-out lunch meal period, maintain sanitation of soup and salad areas. Ensures that all customers receive the right food at the right time and at the right temperature. This person also ensures that proper safety and sanitation procedures are followed and that all cleaning assignments are completed. The incumbent is responsible for scheduling employees and employee evaluations.
The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
